Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Artsoul Figurines website (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from Artsoul Figurine include a 7-day refund option from the day that you received the parcel (Note: Items bought during a sale, or in the sale category, and gift cards are not entitled to return/refund).

We will not entertain change-of-mind as a valid reason for a refund. A refund will be made only when the product received is faulty, damaged or a packing error from our end.

We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

All returned items need to be in an unused condition, completed with the original packaging included in the parcel. We do not accept any products without its original packaging and a proof of purchase.

For any condition that you suspect it is a damage during transit, kindly contact us.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to us and you will need to pay for postage again for us to ship the product back to you (if you opt for an exchange).

Privacy Policy

Personal information about you may be collected for the primary purpose of keeping you informed about Artsoul Figurines via our Newsletter/Promotional emails. We may not be able to email you the Newsletter/Promotional emails.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery within Malaysia:
    • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING for all purchases above RM70.00 for Peninsular Malaysia addresses.
    • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING for purchases above RM130.00 for East Malaysia.
  • International delivery:
    • Currently deliver to Singapore, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
    • Shipping fee will be calculated by weight at checkout.
